What is InnerQ?

 

InnerQ is a self-discovery quiz application designed to help users explore their thoughts, habits, and preferences through reflective quizzes that have no right or wrong answers. InnerQ generates personalized insights based on your responses and delivers them to your in-app Inbox, where you can review your results later.

How We Use Your Data

• Data Collection: We collect information such as your name (if provided by your sign-in provider), email address, and your quiz activity (e.g., quiz attempts, submissions, and results).
• Data Usage: This information is used to provide the Service, deliver quiz results to your Inbox, maintain your account, manage credits and subscriptions, and improve the app experience.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Personal Data

Quiz Content and Results

We collect and store information related to your use of the quizzes and the generated results, such as:

• Generated insights/results delivered to your Inbox
• Timestamps and status (e.g., processing, ready, read)

Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase credits or a subscription, we may process and store information required to provide the purchase, such as purchase status and transaction identifiers provided by Apple and/or Google, subscription status (active/expired), and credit balances and credit usage history.

Note: We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play Billing.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as device identifiers, operating system version, app version, diagnostic data, and approximate location derived from IP address (depending on platform and configuration).

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, Your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data.

Information from Third-Party Services

Authentication (Sign-in)

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following providers:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a provider, We may collect Personal Data that is already associated with Your provider account, such as Your name and Your email address (subject to what the provider shares and your settings).

Advertising (AdMob / Google)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Account credentials
• Quiz history, responses, and results stored in your Inbox
• Credit balance and credit usage data tied to your account
• Usage data associated with your account (where applicable)

Retention of Data

Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for a specific period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data will be securely stored and only used for the purposes stated above.

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to recover any data or access services that were tied to your account. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
